In 2025, CEEMO Engineering was acquired by Hytender Holding B.V., an organization specialized in the superyacht sector and hybrid technology. This acquisition marks a new phase in CEEMO’s continued development, with a strong focus on professionalizing production, service, and organizational processes, as well as increasing market share. The company’s focus remains on both the maritime and automotive sectors, with technological innovation, sustainability, and quality at the core.

Engineering excellence in motorsport

Founded in 1995, CEEMO Engineering has grown into a leading name in motorsport. Through in-depth technical expertise, precision engineering, and a strong commitment to quality, CEEMO quickly established a solid reputation in the international market. This reputation led to collaborations with renowned partners such as BMW Motorsport, to which CEEMO contributed on various World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) projects. In addition, the company worked closely with Spyker Squadron, designing and producing a complete composite body for the Spyker C8 GT2. These projects highlight CEEMO’s expertise in high-performance composites and advanced engineering design
