Refund & return policy

Return Period

• Standard stock products may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• When returning, please state the reason for the return by sending an email to info@ceemo.eu, along with confirmation that the product has been returned to us.

Return Shipping Costs

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable

The following products are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been cut to size.
• Products that have been custom-made.
• Products that are not resalable due to use, damage, or lack of original packaging.

Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition.
• Returns that do not meet the conditions may be refused.
• We aim to refund the returned product within 30 days.
